About Samantha Marshall

With over two decades of experience in hospitality and client relations, Samantha knows precisely how to make any shopping experience seamless and stress-free.  She makes her client's priorities and objectives her own because she understands the value a real estate agent has in guiding the buying, selling, or leasing process.  Her business acumen, ability to organize, plan and execute deals, as well as her sense of urgency and communication skills are all resources that help her clients navigate one of the more important transactions of their life. 

Samantha has spent the majority of her life in Central Texas, growing up in San Antonio and eventually settling with her family in Austin.  Her time spent in these cities and surrounding rural towns has helped her grow a deep love and appreciation for all Central Texas has to offer.  A brief departure from her roots took her to Lubbock, where she obtained a BA from Texas Tech University. During that time, Samantha began to appreciate life outside the city and the peace, quiet and sense of community that come along with small town, country living.  Upon her return to Austin, Samantha found a way to enjoy both big city living and a peaceful rural retreat by settling into a golf course community in South Austin. Samantha can help you find the best of both worlds too, whether you're looking for acreage in the country or just a little more space than downtown has to offer.
 
When Samantha is not busy tending to the real estate needs of her clients, she is likely spending time with her husband and children as they enjoy all Austin has to offer.  As an added bonus to settling in South Austin, Samantha and her family are in close proximity to her parents and their ranch in Lockhart and her in-laws and their farm in Fredericksburg and take every opportunity to visit and explore both towns and everything in between.
